Modern War Institute- Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya Subterranean Challenges in War and Peace Conference

The National Center for Urban Operations (NCUO) supported the MWI-IDCH Subterranean Challenges in War and Peace Conference in Israel, hosted by IDCH and held in conjunction with MWI, the Liber Institute on Law and Land Warfare, and the US Embassy. Pat, Director of the NCUO, spoke about the challenge of competing with peer and substate threats in the ongoing innovation-tactics cycle of the Information Age, while Joe represented the Asymmetric Warfare Group (AWG) with his comments regarding the challenges and constraints of the “belt-buckle fight” in these rapidly proliferating spaces.
