Dense Urban Environment Community of Practice Assembly (COPA)

The National Center for Urban Operations (NCUO) provides senior mentorship for the Dense Urban Environment Community of Practice Assembly (COPA) hosted by the US Army Application Lab (AAL) in Manhattan, New York City and organized by the Asymmetric Warfare Group’s Dense Urban Terrain Detachment (DUTD) and 75th Innovation Command New York City (75NYC) Squadron. The purpose of these quarterly assemblies is to gain and maintain a resilient network of defense, interagency, and private sector partners committed to solving the emerging challenges of operations in dense urban environments.

These events occur biannually, with events to date including October 2018; June & December 2019; and March & June 2020.
