Who can attend the training courses?
Local, State and Federal First Responders, Law Enforcement, Emergency Managers as well as DoD Personnel can attend.
Can International personnel contract with NCUO for services?
Any international agency that is sponsored by the US Government can request services through their USG Sponsor.
How intense is the training and education?
All the training and education that takes place in NYC is in a classroom, in various parts of NYC and requires business casual attire with comfortable shoes and a flashlight.
What is the cost for services?
Cost structure varies depending on the service provided. As a non-profit, minimal margins regarding revenue are incorporated into the overall costs. By design, NCUO does not make a profit on executing any of its training and education efforts.
Do I have to come to NYC for NCUO support?
NCUO currently conducts all its training in NYC. For education, consulting or innovation support NCUO members can travel to the organizations location or support remotely.
